We kicked off the end of the summer (almost) with a BBQ at Maya’s hosted by her and Steve. We celebrated Boyd Mori’s new position at the U of A and his family’s return to Edmonton, Kelsey Jones’ job offer in Winnipeg, the launch of Bugs 101 and the (almost) completion of the 2019 field season.

The CSEE, ESC & AES join annual meeting took place in Fredericton NB from August 18-21st. Maya and Maggie attended and  gave talks in the “Agriculture – Insects” session and the “Ecology and Systematics” session.
