Holly Tang is BIOL 499 Research Project Student, whose research is focused on the effects of sleep deprivation on parasite susceptibility. The study involves a fruit fly host, Drosophilia nigrospiracula and the ectoparasitic mite, Macrocheles subbadius. Holly was also a BIOL 298 student in our lab, and the results of her project have been published!
