BGSA meeting – April 11, 2017 Commenced at 12:02 Past events: Candidacy workshop – Went well. ~25 people which was ~ the number that signed up. For next year, include a BYOB mailer. Don’t forget the department pays of the food for workshops we put on for them. Curling – went well. Cost $750 to rent and $70 spent on prizes. We had $1000 in registration (10 teams) so made ~$180. That number of ice sheets was perfect (5) for 10 teams.   Upcoming: Trivia – Moved to April 20 at RATT $2. Conflicted with the 3MT. Now it is after the celebration of excellence.
