Past events:
- Writing workshop: well received. 25 ppl RSVP 30 ppl attended. Survey: 4 responses. Tracy – good speaker. Heather – good. Books raffled and Heather had more ideas for books. Update the to-do document.
- Recruitment dinner and weeked; Dylan did tour and Colleen did dinner. Highlighted BGSA.
Killam went in for Greg Goss.
Snack room people want to do it next year. Yay!
Constitution update: has to happen during AGM. Do a quick read over make sure nothing to change – adjust the role of the secretary (responsible for Bearsden event stuff). Send out 1 week before AGM to all members.
Money for RE Peter awards; push to get paid
Upcoming:
- Curling: need final team numbers. Tomorrow is the last day to register teams. Prizes = beer and pizza.
- Candidacy prep – April 5th. 5-7pm in G217
- Election/brunch – Dylan and Zach to spearhead. April 19th. Budget = $200 for pizza is usual. Dylan has $200 to find food options. Will send out next week for a survey.
- Spring fundraiser – touch base with Casey and Katie. If we do a BBQ or what? Phil answered. No date decided yet.
