Rainbow trout and other salmonids are found across North America, including in waterways which overlap with hydraulic fracturing sites. As these sites are prone to spills, it\u2019s important to understand the impacts of FPW on salmonid physiology.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">My thesis consists of investigating whether FPWs have any impact on rainbow trout metabolism during exercise and to what extent are these effects (if any) impacted by metabolic fuel selection.
