Meeting Minutes BGSA Executive Meeting

Past/Ongoing Events:
BGSA BBQ
-Took new grads on tour of bio sci, then BBQ for new grads, went well
-Next time: BGSA has our own BBQ, have veggie burgers and vegan burgers, buy less food, have music
Intermural Hockey
-Looking for a replacement for coordinator for this
Snack Room
-Prices changed over the summer for the snack room
-Only made a few hundred dollars on snack room last year, made a profit though, which is good, but small, will monitor more this year
-Sending email to 2 people who offered to upkeep the snack room this year
Upcoming Events:
Halloween
-Tentative date for Halloween, October 27th, the Friday before.
R.E. Peter Conference
-Lost money last year on RE Peter
-Will be held in Bio Sci again this year
-Will send out save the date’s and confirm details hopefully by October
-Tentative date early March, to work around other conferences happening at same time
